News: Carlos Condit vs. B.J. Penn Verbally Agreed to for UFC 137

They talked about it on twitter, and apparently the UFC liked what they came up with so they went with it. Carlos Condit will face one of the biggest challenges of his career when he faces former UFC welterweight and lightweight champion B.J. Penn at UFC 137. UFC.com announces it:

The title fight between GSP and Nick Diaz won't be the only showcase for elite 170-pounders this fall in Las Vegas. A match between two of the best welterweights in the world has been set as "Natural Born Killer" Carlos Condit will take on BJ "The Prodigy" Penn at UFC 137.

Condit is coming off his excellent knockout of Dong Hyun Kim at UFC 132, while Penn has been out since his draw with Jon Fitch at UFC 127. It was thought that Penn would rematch Fitch, but the UFC has decided to go in another direction and made what they feel is the more exciting fight.

Exactly, Condit will strongarm his will on BJ I think? Personally I think it´s about time to see Condit as the nr: 2 in UFC 170 division, yeah I know there is also Fitch to reconsider but me I won´t. No no where Fitch is ultraboring and always wanna grind out a win, (preferable while sticking like glue to other men while laing on the floor/mat) Condit is exciting to watch imo.

To shut down your opponents game and don´t produce much more then a slight control is not enough imo, you should always go in to take the other guy out, preferably in a devastating crowdpleasing fashion. GSP vs Condit could be next after this fight if it go Condits way, that could be fun? It´s always nice when fighters training together keep it real and let any contender fight for the belt even though they are on the same team. This I don´t wanna fight friends/team mates is making me sick to my stumack.
