Nobody does what he does. I mean how the heel do you dismantle Griffin like that when everyone (win or lose) is in a complete war with Forrest.
And how he reads Okami like an open book, simply amazing and i think we all should enjoy watching him fight because he won´t fight for much longer.

yea i think definitely there will be better fighters then Anderson. But the question is if we ever will see a fighter "like" him?
It´s a bit like Muhammad Ali, some say Tyson is the greatest and most vicious boxer but we all have a special place for Muhammad Ali and the things that he did.

That´s also another point i wanted to make, Jon Jones has this physical ability, not only strength but reach. But essentially he wins fights because he´s too strong, to lean and has to big of a reach.
Aldo also has this physical ability which helps out alot.

With anderson he do have most of the time a reach advantage but he´s not the biggest in his class, Okami and Franklin are bigger guys.
He fights with technique and is extremely smart. We haven´t really seen this in those two yet. I doubt we will see it in Jones but i don´t doubt the fact that Jones probably would win against Anderson.
He just fights different then any other fighter and i think that is what makes him special, he´s a true martial artist.

I also think that if Jones and Silva faced each other today, things might not go as planned for Jones. Machida showed that Jones still has alot to learn in the striking department still.
And when Anderson attacks, the chance are very slim you are getting up after it.

then we have the age thing, Anderson is 36 while Jones is what 24? That in itself makes a huge difference.

we should also not forget that Anderson used to fight at Welterweight before he moved up to Middle weight. So he was a skinny guy back in the day but as he got older he put on some muscle.
Bones is arguably a natural HW and in a few years won´t even be able to stay at LHW. So there´s a pretty massive size-difference between the two.

Silva is the Roy Jones Jr. of MMA. JBJ is something completely different. I 100% agree that A.Silva is a special athlete & fighter but JBJ is going to SMASH all of Silva's AND GSP's records and accomplishments imo. He's already on pace to do just that. There's Hendo, Evan's & he's 'run the table' on the whole LHW division. Without injury or any poor performances to speak of. He's (JBJ) not quite there yet...but it sure as hell looks good !

Bones is an awesome athlete and will continue with a long win streak, unless they throw Silva at him. Anderson Silva is the perfect mix of style, speed, strength, and size. He is the ultimate fighter, powerful enough to knock any one out and the speed to execute his fantastic skill set. Physical attributes aside mentally he is on another planet, his opponents are not even in his league, usually beaten b4 the 1st punch is thrown.
