This collection presents two archival film, shot in 1944 by order of U.S. intelligence and sabotage organization OSS. These films were meant for guerrilla and insurgent organizations that fought against Nazi Germany and its allies.
These films were designed to remedy the lack of instructors. That's why these films were released in different languages.
Surviving copies are the best voice acting in the Greek and German.
Total was shot three films (the third, which is absent in this hand - a pistol) and fourth-written script (by special devices and secret weapon).
Subtitles for movies made today, based on available data scenarios films. Scripts are available in several versions, and those that are currently available do not quite correspond to films. In this regard, the subtitles are not intended to be comprehensive and not the literal translation of the audio track.
Film number 1 - Gutterfighting The Fighting Knife
film in Greek, English subtitles
Shows how to work with a knife, vulnerabilities, grabbing, mining methods, the preservation of gun control.
Movie number 2 - Gutterfighting Unarmed
film in German, English subtitles
Shows the basic punches and kicks, as well as auxiliary equipment.
These films do not pretend to be a complete display system Fairbairn, but nonetheless are a real rarity and possible to obtain at least a partial view of her
Fairbairn at the time of shooting was 59 years old.
